Plasencia’s delegate c appealed that his client be approved to go back to the hospital and view their patient when he is released and Stefan Sacks also said that his client had already put his DEA license.
After that U.S. Attorney Lan V.Yanniello express disapproval and said Plasencia had “essentially acted as a street corner drug dealer.” Magistrate Judge Alka Sagar governed that Plasencia will only be allowed on one condition he had to sign a document where written that they had been informed about the charges against him.
One name is Jasveen Sangha he also known from “Ketamine Queen” and was also arrested in Matthew Perry’s Ketamine Overdose case. sangha said I am not guilty but he had been arrested in Matthew Perry’s Ketamine case. But the situation is worst now according to prosecutors on Thursday they said if Plasencia was found guilty then he would go to prison for 120 years and Sangha could get a whole life in prison.
